Did you know that it costs approximately $50 to educate one person in reducing the risk of SIDS through ‘safe sleep’ education? Help us; help the CFSID in furthering research and education in our efforts to save babies lives in our communities and across Canada.

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is the leading cause of death in infants from 1 month to 1 year of age and no one knows why. In Canada 3 babies die each week to this syndrome and has affected infants and families within our own community. Research has identified ways in which we all can help in reducing the risk of SIDS and how to provide infants with the safest environment to thrive in, however, further research, education and awareness needs to continue in order to eradicate this problem.

Register by filling out the top of the form, enclose registration fee and mail to Keegan’s Walk for SIDS, P.O. Box 578 Kemptville, ON K0G 1J0 no later than September 15th.

For those that would like to participate in this event and cannot attend, please feel free to print a copy of the Keegan's Walk for SIDS pledge form, collect pledges and on September 30th walk for SIDS in your own community.  Mail the pledge forms and pledges to The North Grenville SIDS Affiliate Box 578, Kemptville, Ontario,
